    1. Hi, see the “Installation Instructions” section above where it says “If you have trouble …” – and try installing from the link provided instead.

  1. Updated Lightroom, Photoshop and Camera RAW – cannot send RAW files to Photoshop any more as it says the RAW convertor needs to be updated. All updates seem to be done from App updates. I have re-started all applications, and rebooted the computer. I’m running a MAC on Sierra, and this is a new issue. Thoughts and comments please.

        1. The camera shipped on June 2nd (after the most recent Lightroom/ACR release). I would expect support to be included in the next Lightroom update.

          1. I’ve got my D7500 a few days ago, adobe did roll out a new update, but the Nikon D7500 still isn’t supported.. how?

  2. adobe won´t listen i know. but i write this on as many websites as possible.
    adobe doesnt fix bugs!!!!!!

for example in photoshop the “focus area” function that selects the area that is in sharp focus crashes PS 60-70% of the time.

i have tested this on 5 (!) different systems..always the same. i reported it nearly two years ago to adobe.. nothing happens.

i advice all my friends to stay away from adobe. not to buy into their subscription.
this is only one example of how much adobe cares ……

  3. Just purchased the D7500, no support from any Adobe products with this camera

    1. This is correct Nathan, support for the D7500 will be in the next release of Lightroom and Adobe Camera Raw. There is not an ETA available for this support.

  4. I have the D7500, when is the next LR/camera raw release date please … presumably 9.11 ?

      1. Thanks…I appreciate that you have only the information they give you; though I do find it odd that a large software company doesn’t plan their sprints or release schedule. Please do keep us informed. Many of us are very keen to see the update!!! Btw Is there any news on lightroom cc 2017 ??? Thanks

        1. Please can you respond to the above post?
Is there any update to the date of the next update ?
The fee for lightroom is exorbitant considering the minimal level of support it is getting- still on 2015cc, no support for d7500 nearly two months after it was made available to public and *long* after it was announced and supported in other software packages.
I can only conclude that adobe, doesn’t comply with iso 27k, doesn’t have transparent procedures and doesn’t care about its customers

          1. Im feeling the same way. This seems rather absurd for adobe to be so far behind on this with such a popular brand like Nikon. While adobe has some really great products it seems like they let a lot of things fall through the cracks in some of their other programs that they start up but never really follow through with or flush out. As a photographer and Web developer i have appreciated and used many adobe products and also found myself completely frustrated with the backwards way they approach the development of some of their programs.

  5. Okay, We are still waiting for ACR update for converting NEF files for the Nikon D-7500. You charge us to use your software. Enough, Please update it and quit the delay!!
    Thank you

    1. Exactly!!! If this was open source software, or free it would be one thing but since I’m paying for creative cloud and its associated programs i’d expect them to be more on top of things like this.

  6. But Still the Canon Rebel T7i camera is not supported in Lightroom. I just bought this camera based on the info in this blog. The camera can’t be tethered with lastest version of Lightroom CC. Just confirmed by Adobe. So the info in this blog ambiguous.
