  1. what about the dozend of bugs reported in the lightroom forum?
will they be fixed in 2017 or will all energy be put onto mobile crap?

  2. Updated and I still can’t get Lightroom CC to read my x100f RAW files. Maybe I am doing something wrong.

        1. Hope not! We need LR CC 2017, not the 2015 version that we have at the moment!

          1. CC2017 is just a name. The whole idea about the CC subscription is that you get all new features as soon as they are ready, rather than having to wait for a ‘big bang upgrade’ every two years or so. That means that if and when Lightroom CC2017 will come out, it won’t be like the major upgrades of the past. It will be more like a CC2015 point update with a different name.

          2. we need an updated RAW engine.
if they don´t release a new version until summer i switch to capture one.

  3. I already switched a lot of processing to DxO 11 and C1 Pro 10, they are are much better in certain areas and have more extensive and better lens profiles.. DxO extracts more fine detail which is very noticeable on cameras like 5DsR. If DxO can add localised adjustments I will only use LR for keywording, and rating.

  5. I’m curious about the use of Adobe Camera RAW for use with my Nikon full-frame images.

  6. The most important problem is speed. That should be top priority for Adobe. Lightroom is sooo slow that i can hardly work with it. Fast processor, lots of memory, fast GPU, SSD drives, nothing seems to work.
New RAW support, it is nice, but faster Lightroom is what we need.

  7. i was really hoping, this version would be able to import ratings (1-5 stars) from Fuji in-camera-ratingd. When is that coming? Works with Canon for years like a charm. Why can LR not read the Fuji ratings?

  8. I just started processing Nikon RAW today with the new 9.9 version of RAW. How can I opt out of the histograms that roll across the bottom of my photo when I’m moving the sliders back and forth? It’s very distracting and almost like a moving strobe light.
